Showing an aptitude for design, I chose to pursue a career in sculpture and high-grade woodcarving. Learning the traditional methods and techniques from renowned local wood-carver Ron Walker, I quickly developed and refined my skills.

With over a decade of experience my self-employment has allowed me the freedom to work within a breadth of forms, styles and materials.

Operating within the vicinity of Byron s ancestral home Newstead Abbey Park. Nature is pervasive throughout most of my pieces, finding inspiration within the heart of the natural world.
